Welcome to Coastal Cart 30A. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Coastal Cart 30A provides mobile golf cart detailing services for a variety of cart sizes, including 2-seaters, 4-seaters, 6-seaters, and limo-style carts. Services include multiple package levels and optional add-ons.

All services are performed on-location at your home, business, or rental property within our service area.

• A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.
   
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
   
• No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
   
• Rescheduling is available at no charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
   
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather or operational needs.
   

Payment is due at the time of service or via online booking checkout. Coastal Cart 30A accepts approved payment methods listed on our booking page. Prices may vary based on cart size and service location. Customer Conduct

You agree to:

• Not engage in illegal, abusive, or harassing behavior
   
• Not misuse our booking system (fake or spam appointments)
   
• Provide accurate contact and location details
   
• Ensure carts are accessible at the time of your appointment
   

All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials—including logos, designs, service descriptions, and photos—is the property of Coastal Cart 30A and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Coastal Cart 30A reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to any individual at our sole discretion, including for unsafe conditions, disrespectful behavior, or any conduct that violates our terms.

We do our best to provide high-quality detailing services, but we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to vehicles
   
• Improper use of our website
   
• Service delays caused by third parties or weather
   

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted indicates acceptance of those changes.
